Angelina Isabel

Welcome to the world Angelina Isabel.

This birth blew me away in every way possible. I have a special place in my heart for this couple, as they were the very first wedding I ever shoot, so you can imagine how happy I was to be able to capture the birth of their first child. The whole night was exactly how I would want it to be if I were having a baby; calm, peaceful, private, romantic (I know that is a odd word to use to describe someone in labor, but when you have a couple so in love, in the moments before they welcome a new life into the world, it was romantic. You could just see so much love between them).

Angelina arrived shortly after 8pm on September 24th weighing in at a little over 7lbs and 19in long with incredible eye lashes. She barely made a peep for the first few hours of her life and was very content and peaceful. She was born with a full head of hair and from the second she arrived her eyes were wide open. My favorite moment of the night was when she had her hair washed for the first time. The second the water touched her head she started crying, but as soon as the nurse touched the brush to her head she instantly smiled and loved every minute of it. The whole family came to meet her shortly after she made her world debut and offered up a prayer for her, truly a beautiful moment. I feel so incredibly blessed to have captured her first few hours in this world
