Amanda & Patrick {Boca Raton Engagement Session}

Introducing my first engagement session of 2016!

Amanda & Patrick were a total blast! I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda last year at a bridal shower I shot and got to know her and Patrick a few months later at a wedding and got to see pretty quick that they were going to be one fun couple to hang out with.

As with all my couples I always ask them if they have any locations in mind for their session or anything or anyone (particularly furry friends) that they want to include as well. They had their heart set on Mizner Park in Boca Raton, which made for a great backdrop. The more we got to talking I come to find out that Patrick proposed at Kapow in Mizner so I told them we just had to start there! Kapow has these great big colorful walls which I knew would  make a great backdrop and I loved that it was somewhere special to them.  At their session they told me the whole story of their engagement which was just so adorable! And can we talk about her ring for just a second? I mean come on!? I am so loving that more and more people are going non-traditional.

After some cocktails and a stroll through Mizner we hoped over to Boca Inlet for a few beach photos and finished the morning out with their adorable little pooches.

I can not wait to capture their wedding this spring!
